Hello to all.

Tomorrow is my last day of summer vacation...wow...that went fast. I really am not ready to go back to school, but I'm working on being content in whatever circumstances come my way, so here's to some practice.

46 days. DID YOU HEAR ME? It's been 46 days since I touched my viola. I'm going crazy. The tendonitis is getting better, but imperceptibly so. This makes it hard to identify progress. I'm optimistically hoping that I will be able to begin playing by the end of September or the beginning of October. Whatever the case, everyday is another day closer to playing my baby again.

I get to use a laptop at school for everything this year because writing really irritates my tendons. Typing does as well, but I have to do ALOT of typing before I notice any pain whereas when I write, it only takes a few sentences to make my hands/forearms hurt. I'm really glad the school is letting me do this.

I was just wondering if we could all share a moment of silence for the summer. May it rest in peace.
